RIP: Gardaí stand down missing person search following tragic update

Gardaí in Tallaght have stood down their search for missing 22-year-old Abrar Nesreden following the discovery of a body. 

Abrar was reported missing since April 1 and was last seen in the Tallaght, Dublin 24, area on the day at approximately 2pm. 

The young man was described as being approximately 6 foot 2 inches in height, with a slim build, black hair and brown eyes.

Both gardaí and Abar's family were concerned for his well-being.

A spokesperson for An Garda Síochána said they would like to thank the public for their assistance following the unfortunate update.
