Stephen O'Sullivan from Ballyphehane in Cork city has been found 'safe and well'
Gardaí say a public appeal for help in tracing the whereabouts of a 32-year-old man who had not been seen for a number of days has been stood down.
In an update they say Stephen O'Sullivan from Ballyphehane in Cork city has now been located 'safe and well'.
Earlier, they had expressed concerns for the wellbeing of Stephen who, prior to the appeal being issued, was last seen in the Parkgate Street area of Dublin city last Wednesday afternoon.
Confirming there has been a positive outcome, a garda spokesperson said: "Stephen O'Sullivan, 32, who was reported missing from Ballyphehane, Cork city, since Thursday, June 19 2025, has been found safe and well."

No further information has been disclosed publicly by gardaí who have thanked members of the public and the media for their assistance during the appeal.
