Think your home has what it takes to impress Ireland's toughest interiors judges? Now's your chance to shine as RTÉ's hit show Home of the Year is officially looking for new contenders for its twelfth season.

One of RTÉ One's most popular shows, Home of the Year, has brought viewers inside some of the country's most beautiful, quirky, and creative houses - from spectacular self-builds to magical makeovers of old cottages and budget-friendly renovations packed with personality.

And the producers want to make one thing clear: you don't need a million-euro mansion or a fancy new build to apply.

The team behind the show say they're searching for homes that tell a story: whether it's clever design on a tight budget, an interior passion project, or a dramatic transformation that makes the most of every inch of space.

Twenty-one homes from across Ireland will be chosen to feature in the upcoming series. From those, just seven will make it through to the grand finale, where they'll battle it out for the coveted title of Ireland's Home of the Year.

So, whether your home is a contemporary new build, a painstaking restoration, or simply brimming with unique style and charm, producers say now is the time to put it forward.
