Appeal issued as gardaí 'concerned' for teen believed to have travelled to another county

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of a missing 14-year-old boy.

Dan Filipache - described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches in height, with a slim build, brown hair and brown eyes - was reported missing from Kingscourt, Co. Meath, since Monday, June 30.

Dan was last seen in Ashbourne, Co. Meath on Monday at around 2:30pm. When last seen, he was wearing a grey fleece tracksuit.

It is believed that Dan may have travelled to the Dublin city centre area.

Gardaí are concerned for his wellbeing.

Anyone with any information on Dan's whereabouts is asked to contact Ashbourne Garda Station on 01 801 0600, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda Station.
