Light exposure, movement, and mindful practices are also vital. Short walks, yoga, or Pilates can boost mood, while reviewing sleep habits and vitamin D intake supports energy and mental resilience.
By consciously managing routines and thoughts, it’s possible to navigate October’s pressures without feeling overwhelmed, and even enjoy the beauty of the season.
