This week, three lucky National Lottery players from Dublin and Cork visited Lottery Headquarters to claim a combined total of over €1.5 million in prizes.
The first winner, a Dublin man, picked up the €1 million Lotto Plus 1 top prize. Speaking about the moment he discovered his win, he said he initially struggled to believe it, checking his online ticket several times before realising the prize was real.
Another online player in Dublin shared the €1 million Daily Million top prize, receiving €500,000. “We’re so boring ,the first thing we’re planning to do is get a new boiler!” the winner joked, describing the moment of disbelief before sharing the news with their spouse.

A Cork player celebrated claiming €50,000 on a Bingo Multiplier Scratch Card purchased locally. The winner admitted to keeping the card hidden until formally claiming the prize and is now looking forward to booking a celebratory holiday.
