Gardaí are investigating after a body was discovered in a burnt-out car at Killeek in County Dublin.
The discovery was made after 11am on Monday when emergency services were called to a car that was on fire at Killeek Bridge on Killeek Lane.
Human remains were discovered once the fire was extinguished by the Dublin Fire Brigade, it is currently unknown if the remains belonged to a male or female.

The body of the deceased remains at the scene and a post mortem will be carried out which will determine the nature of the investigation.
A spokesperson for An Garda Siochana has said: "Investigations are ongoing."
The scene has been sealed off and the State Pathologist and Garda Technical Bureau have been called in.
