Search for teenage girl (15) missing since Thursday stood down as garda issue update

A 15-year-old Irish girl who had been the subject of a missing person appeal has been "located safe and well", gardaí have confirmed.

Denisa Gaziova - described as being approximately 5 foot 3 inches in height with a medium build, brown hair and brown eyes - was reported missing from Cootehill, Co Cavan since Thursday, November 6, 2025.

When last seen at 9.15pm on the night of November 6, Denisa was wearing Balenciaga-style black boots. She is known to frequent the Drogheda and Balbriggan areas.

"An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media for their assistance," a garda spokesperson said.
