Met Eireann has issued a status yellow rain warning with flood risks for multiple counties this weekend.
Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Donegal, Mayo, Galway, Leitrim, Roscommon and Sligo have all been issued the status yellow rain warnings bringing spells of heavy rain with flood risks that are increased due to high river levels and saturated ground.
Likely impacts are:
• River and surface water flooding
• Difficult travelling conditions
• Poor visibility

This weather warning is valid from 6pm Saturday December 13 until midnight Monday December 15.
As well as this, there is also a status yellow rain warning issued for Tipperary, Waterford, Wexford with spells of heavy rain valid from 00:00 Sunday 14/12/2025 to 03:00 Monday 15/12/2025.
Flood risk is increased due to high river levels and saturated ground.
