RIP: Body found in search for missing man (63) as heartbreaking statement is issued
Gardaí have issued a tragic update in the case of a man reported missing from his home in Dublin at the end of last month.
Mark Farnham (63) had been reported missing from Rathcoole, Co. Dublin on Friday, February 27, 2026, with his family expressing concern for his wellbeing.
A Garda appeal was issued last week but over the weekend, gardaí delivered the sad update in the case.
They said: "Following the discovery of a man’s body, the missing person appeal in respect of Mark Farnham (63) who was reported missing from his home in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin since Friday, 27th February 2026, has been stood down.
