The Circle of Friends Cancer Support Centre in Tipperary Town is hosting an event to support young adults.
The event will be held on Sunday January 15 from 12 - 3.
Take part and and beat the January blues for an afternoon of relaxation, comfort and chats.
@puravidaphysio is joining us too for some restorative yoga and a light lunch will be provided.
