Do you suffer from arthritis, knee problems, back problems, neck problems, foot problems?
Not great at getting down on floor to exercise?
Well we have great news this week for everyone who has any of above.
Exercise classes with support for beginners will commence on Monday, January 23 at 6pm in Golden Kilfeacle GAA Complex main hall, in Golden.
Easy does it fitness, chair based exercise classes.
Three classes to begin with to see interest.
Cost: Three classes €30.
These classes will suit any age and will especially suit you if you suffer from arthritis and pains.
Classes are done to music.

Full body fitness
Advanced fitness classes continue this new year on a Wednesday evening at 6pm in Golden Kilfeacle GAA Complex main hall.

Cost: Three classes €35.
All classes are done to music.
Walking track
Our GAA club’s walking track is open seven days a week from 6am to 8.30pm
Floodlights turned on each evening from 7pm to 8.30pm.

Golden/Kilfeacle Juvenile GAA Club AGM
The annual general meeting of the Golden/Kilfeacle Juvenile GAA club will be held in the GAA Hall, Golden on Saturday next, January 14 at 7pm. You are invited to attend.
Closing date for Nominations and Motions is this Thursday, January 12.
