Tipperary student to have work included in a Garter Lane exhibition

One of the works that will be exhibited in Garter Lane

Garter Lane and SETU Waterford’s  4th Year Visual Art Students invite you to explore the role of presenting artworks for exhibition and how conceptually and physically their work is taking form leading up to their graduate showcase- which will open at Garter Lane in May 2023.

 

From February 7th-18th 2023, this ‘expanded studio’ period/exhibition will see the students take their work out of its comfort zone and sites of production to be seen and experienced with fresh eyes, allowing for development of conversation and playful exploration around their works in Garter Lane’s ‘Beyond +Expanded Studio’.

 

Students taking part: James Aktins, Evan Burke, Brigitta Butler, Madison Cahill Byrne, Maia de Faveri, Michael Doyle, Dave Grant, Caoilfhionn Hanton, Maria Loughlin, Rachel Roberts (from Tipperary), Eamon Wall
