South Tipperary Women in Business are holding an event on the importance of emotional intelligence (EI) in business.

The event will take place at 6pm this evening, Wednesday, February 1 at the Talbot Hotel in Clonmel and will feature a keynote speech by Julie O’Sullivan, an organisational psychologist with a passion for improving the way that people experience work.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognise, understand and manage our own emotions, as well as the emotions of others.

It is a critical skill for success in business, as it allows individuals to build stronger relationships, communicate effectively and make better decisions.

Julie O’Sullivan will share her expertise on the topic and provide practical tips and strategies for improving emotional intelligence in the business.

Attendees will have the opportunity to network with other professionals from across Tipperary and gain valuable insights on how to improve their own emotional intelligence and that of their teams.

The event is open to anyone interested in learning more about emotional intelligence and its impact in your business.

The South Tipperary Women in Business encourages professionals from across the county to register to attend.
