Larry O'Grady had a very successful day at the National Masters Indoor Athletics Championships in Athlone
The National Masters Indoor Athletics Championships took place last Sunday in Athlone, where Mooreabbey Milers Athletic Club had one competitor.
Larry O'Grady competed in three events - the high jump, the shot putt and the weight for distance.
Larry's pockets were laden with gold and bronze as he left the venue once again taking gold in the high jump and weight for distance, and a bronze in the shot putt.
