Tipperary's Sean O'Connor, who helped UCC to victory in the Sigerson Cup this week, will be hoping for more success on Saturday evening against Antrim at FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles.
The Tipperary Senior Football team to play Antrim in Round 3 of the Allianz Football League at FBD Semple Stadium, Thurles, on Saturday evening has been announced.
It shows three changes from the side that started against Cavan last Sunday week with both Paul Maher and Luke Boland, who came on as subs in Kingspan Breffni, earning starting places. There is also a first outing of the year for Killenaule's Paudie Feehan, who is pencilled in to start at midfield alongside Boland.
Clonmel Commercials' Sean O'Connor who helped UCC to a Sigerson Cup final win over UL during the week will start at corner-forward against 'The Saffrons.'
Among the substitutes named, Riain Quigley, Moyle Rovers, appears for the first time this year also.
Both sides, having lost their opening two games, will understand that this game is a must win affair and Tipperary manager David Power will be hoping the home side can pick up two valuable points in order to move away from the relegation zone.
Throw-in on tomorrow evening is at 6 pm.
