The death has occurred of Tom Brett
Ashpark Village and formerly of Abbey Road Carrick beg, Carrick-on-Suir, Tipperary

Peacefully, on the morning of 16th March, our beloved dad Tom Brett passed in his sleep, after a year of health struggles. Husband of the late and much-loved Eily Brett, father to Martina, Ciarán, Sandy, Alan, Deirdre and Stephen, grandfather to Vicki, Gareth, Thomas, Saoirse, Rebecca, Robert and Tara, and great-grandfather to Arabella-Rose and Albie. His vibrant, loving and cheeky personality will be hugely missed by his immediate family, but also by his extended family; his brother-in-law, his sons- and daughters-in-law, his many nieces and nephews; and all of those he met throughout his life. He was always passing on words of wisdom followed by a joke (or two), as well as lifting the spirits of all, through his love of music.

The family would like to extend their gratitude for the kindness shown by all staff at Rathkeevan Care Home, who graciously looked after him until the end, and to Mary and Angela, the loving nurses who visited and cared for him while he was at home. And a very special thank you to his niece Lillian, whose kindness and support to dad, and all of us, will never be forgotten.

Tom will be reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home, Carrick on Suir, on Wednesday, the 22nd March, from 5pm to 6.30pm, walking from Funeral Home to St Mary's Cemetery, Carrick on Suir, on Thursday, the 23rd March, at 10.30am, followed by Private Cremation at the Island Crematorium Cork.

Predeceased by his father Patrick and mother Alice, brother Tommy and sisters Sarah and Mary.

Sadly missed by his son Will, daughter in law Gillian, his four grandchildren Christopher, Olivia, Ruairí and Aryienna, brother John, sisters Margaret, Anne, Dolores, Veronica and Bernadette, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Whelan's Funeral Home, Bansha Road, Tipperary Town, this Monday evening, March 20th 2023, from 6pm to 7pm.

Funeral service will take place on Tuesday, March 21st 2023, at 1pm in Whelan's Funeral Home, Bansha Road, Tipperary, followed by burial in St. Michael's Cemetery, Tipperary.

Maurice Murphy, “An Neidín” Manna South, Templemore, Co. Tipperary, 17th of March 2023, peacefully after a long illness very bravely borne, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of Milford Care Centre, Limerick.

Deeply regretted by his devoted and heartbroken wife Anna Marie, daughters Sorcha, Chloe and Ava, sisters, Eilish, Anne, Bernadette, Geraldine, Janet and Sandra, brothers, John, Tadgh, Denis and Cormac, father-in-law Paddy, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews and extended family.

Reposing in Grey’s Funeral Home, Templemore, this Monday evening from 5 pm to 7 pm. Requiem Mass in the Church of the Sacred Heart, Templemore, on Tuesday at 12 noon. Cremation to take place on Wednesday.

Mary Ryan (née Wilson), Comeragh, Killrossanty, Co. Waterford and formerly Watford, London and Solohead, Co. Tipperary died on Friday 17th March 2023 in the wonderful care of Care Choice nursing home, Dungarvan. Predeceased by her husband Tom and son Richard. Sadly missed by her grandson Richard and his wife Paula, her great grandchildren Calum and Isla, her sister Kathleen and her sister-in-law Birdie. Deeply regretted by Helen, Eileen, John, Síun, Clíodhna and Clodagh. Also by her nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, friends and family.
