Crunch game for Tipperary ladies footballers against Armagh in Fethard

Tipperary's clash with Armagh at Fethard Town Park at 1pm today, Sunday, could yet turn out to be a dress rehearsal for a Lidl National Ladies Football League Division 2 Final at Croke Park on Saturday April 15.  

If Armagh decide to go strong with their starting selection, it could spell trouble for Tipp, however.  

The Premier County need to avoid defeat to join the Orchard County in the showpiece decider.

However, if they lose, and Laois beat Roscommon, Tipp will have to settle for Division 2 fare again next year.

It's hoped there will be a big attendance in Fethard to support the Tipperary team in their push for a league final place.
