Tipperary group qualify for the RTE All Ireland Drama Festival
Thurles Drama group has been announced as one of the nine drama societies to make it to the RTE All Ireland Drama Festival.
The announcement was made on social media this week by Amateur Drama Council of Ireland.
The festival runs from April 27 to May 5 in the Dean Crowe Theatre in Athlone.
The other eight groups heading to Athlone are the Wexford Drama Group, Ballyduff Drama Group, Prosperous Dramatic Society, Ballyshannon Drama Society, Newpoint Players, Dalkey Players, Butt Drama Circle and Dundalk Theatre Workshop.
Congratulations to the nine drama societies who have made it to the 2023 RTÉ All Ireland Drama Festival.
