Tipperary team St Michael's will make short journey to Limerick for FAI Junior Cup final

St Michael's beat Gorey Rangers in Sunday's FAI Junior Cup semi-final with the help of two converted penalties from Joey Mulcahy

Tipperary team St Michael's won't have far to travel for their FAI Junior Cup Final against Newmarket Celtic of Clare.

The match will be played at Jackman Park in Limerick at 5pm on Saturday April 29.

St Michael's beat Gorey Rangers 2-1 in the semi-final played at Ferrycarrig Park, Wexford on Sunday last, thanks to two goals from the penalty spot from Joey Mulcahy, after they had fallen a goal behind.

Meanwhile, Newmarket Celtic beat Ballynanty Rovers in the other semi-final.
