John and Eleanor Connolly collecting their prize
A new car or €15,000 is heading westwards to Eire Og Annacarthy after the Tipp GAA clubs draw held in 'Number 22' bar in Cahir on Friday night to much fanfare. John O'Dwyer won the top prize for this month and the draw will move westwards next time out, as John collects his keys or else a wad of cash.
Second prize of €5,000 last night went to Michael Purcell who bought his ticket through the Moycarkey Borris club with Joe O'Sullivan the promoter there. The lotto prize of €3,000 wasn't won on the night but the €2,000 prize went to Paul O'Connor of the Moyle Rovers club.
There were great celebrations with a large crowd from Ballylooby Castlegrace GAA club present on Friday night as the crowd greeted last months winners, John and Eleanor Connolly, as they collected a big cheque from Tim Floyd on the night.
