Tipp looked tired and off the pace while Waterford looked fitter and faster with Dessie Hutchinson leading the attack.
The teams didn't line out as selected. There are two changes to the Tipperary starting team v Waterford. Cathal Barrett and Jake Morris are out because of injury and are replaced by Brian McGrath and Seamus Callanan. Niall O'Meara and Jack Ryan are now on the subs bench.
