Two Longford couples are picking up the pieces after their wedding plans were shattered last week

Congratulations to John Joe O’Brien and Cliodhna Ní Géaráin who were married on Saturday last in St. Michael’s Church, Tipperary Town.
John Joe is the son of Johnny and Judy O’Brien of Ballinulty, Cullen and his bride is the daughter of Billy and Catherine Sharpe, Tipperary Town.
To complete a memorable day for the newlyweds and their two boys Evan and Aaron was the visit home by John Joe's two brothers Pat who travelled home from New Zealand and Eamonn all the way from Sydney. The wedding reception was held at the Castletroy Park Hotel in Limerick.
