Dundrum AC’s Dymphna Ryan, who won the Munster Senior Outdoor 1,500 metres in Templemore in a new personal best of 4:37.19
The Munster Senior Track and Field Championships were held recently in Templemore.
It was a hot, sunny day for racing.
Dundrum Athletic Club had one athlete competing, Dymphna Ryan in the women’s 1,500 metres.
Dymphna continued her recent good form, as she ran an outstanding race to win gold in a new personal best of 4:37.19.
