As Templemore Ladies' Football Club U15 girls continue their preparations for Feile 2023 which takes place in Clonbeirne, county Galway on July 1, the club would like to sincerely thank all the local businesses who have provided generous sponsorship.

We also wish to thank all those who donated so generously to the recent Cyclathon to raise funds to cover the costs associated with their involvement in the Feile.

This is a great opportunity for the club to represent Tipperary in this competition.

The U14’s have secured a place in the Div 1 league final having defeated Brian Borus in an exciting game last Sunday.

Templemore took a while to settle and trailed in the first quarter by 6 points but led 2-5 to 1-4 at half time.

Brian Borus took the lead in the latter stage but Katie Bergin converted a penalty to bring them within a point and Brid Delaney found the net in the dying minutes to claim victory 5-6 to 2 -13.

Hard luck to Brid Delaney and Nicole Buckley who were part of the Tipperary team who were defeated by Derry in the U14 A All-Ireland Final on a 4-9 to 2-6 scoreline.

The club is very proud of the girls' contribution and look forward to seeing them in blue and gold in the future.

Our U12’s continue their summer games with Teams 1 and 2 playing Boherlahan at home on Friday evening. Our Junior ladies had a very convincing win over Golden / Kilfeacle in the final group stage of Div 4.

This was a super performance from such a young group of players.

They have to play Golden again in the knockout game this Sunday at home.
