Gardaí are investigating burglary of business premises in a county Tipperary town

Gardaí are investigating the burglary of a business premises in Carrick-on-Suir town centre early last Friday morning. 

The premises at Bridge Street was broken into around 8.30am on June 16 and a small sum of cash was stolen. 

Gardaí are checking CCTV footage of the Bridge Street area as part of their investigation. 

This burglary occurred just six days after an apartment on the same street was burgled on Saturday, June 10. 

A sum of cash was stolen from the property.

Gardaí appeal to anyone who saw suspicious activity in the Bridge Street  area of Carrick around the time of the break-ins to contact Carrick-on-Suir Garda Station at (051) 642040 or Clonmel Garda Station at (052) 6177641.
