Four-days of  magic and mayhem at Tipperary Village August Festival

A sheep race will be part of the Clogheen August Festival which promises to be great craic over the three days.

AUGUST FESTIVAL WEEKEND IN CLOGHEEN
The committee are busy organising for this year’s August Festival Weekend.
The annual 5k run will be our festival opener on Thursday, and this always proves to be a great success and the course goes down a treat with the runners.
On Friday a concert will take place in the hall, with music by P.J. Murrihy and band.
Saturday will be a fun day which takes place in the hall and yard. Events to be confirmed.
Sunday is the sheep racing event that takes place on the grounds of St Paul’s with tote facilities. More details soon.
Every committee need funds and we are no different, to run the Community Centre and all the annual costs and upkeep we need funds.
We are also holding a festival raffle, tickets will be on sale in the local businesses and committee members will be selling tickets outside the Browns XL Raffle winner will be drawn at the sheep race on Sunday.
