On account of the downpours on Tuesday evening of last week, the Cappawhite Cemetery Mass took place in the church.
A large crowd attended, and the basket collection on the night was for the upkeep of the rockery.
Many new shrubs will be needed this summer so the sum of €549 collection on the night won’t be long going and if people want to still donate money, drop it to Ryan’s Centra shop addressed to Geraldine Meagher.
