The first gold medal of the 151st edition of the National Senior Track and Field Championships championships at the weekend went to Tipperary's Sean Mockler.
The Moycarkey Coolcroo AC athlete won the men’s hammer throw at the Morton Stadium in Santry, Dublin with a best of 64.49 metres.
