Carrick Swan GAA Club - Premier Intermediate hurlers draw in Tipperary PIH Championship

Premier Intermediate Hurling

Carrick Swan GAA Club’s Premier Intermediate team’s first county championship match against Sean Treacys in Cashel on Sunday ended in a draw.
This team will play Thurles Sarsfields in the second round in a few weeks time.

Under 19s
The Under 19 hurlers started their South campaign by defeating a good Kilsheelan team in a terrific match in Ned Hall Park in Clonmel on Wednesday last. The team plays St Mary’s in Fethard this Wednesday, August 2 at 7.15pm.

Junior Football
Meanwhile, the Junior footballers play Ballingarry in the south semi-final in Monroe at 3.30pm this Sunday. Best of luck to the players and management.

Juvenile results
The Under 13As lost to Cappawhite in the South/West League.
The Under 17As lost to Mullinahone.
The Under 15 B team beat Kilsheelan.

Fixtures
Thursday, August 3: Under 15B v Mullinahone at 7pm in Mullinahone
Saturday, August 5: Under 15B v Ballybacon/Grange at 11am in Pairc na nEalaí.

Carrick Swan GAA Club Lotto
This week’s jackpot prize this week is €6,250.
In last week’s lotto draw six players matched three numbers draw and won €40 each.

The club extends its sympathy to the Wall family, Ballylynch on their recent bereavement.
