A team of 32 Irish athletes will take their place among the 44 countries set to compete at the European Athletics Under 20 Championships, which are being hosted in Jerusalem, Israel, from next Monday to Thursday, August 7-10.
The team includes 18 individual competitors, along with relay squads in the men's 4x100 metres, men's 4x400 metres and women's 4x400 metres.
The Nenagh Olympic athlete Ava Rochford is included in the Irish selection.
She will compete in the high jump, beginning with the qualifying rounds on Monday. The final will take place on Wednesday.
