The event will take place at the clubhouse beside Semple Stadium
Thurles Sarsfields are set to host an important event in their calendar at their clubhouse next Thursday the 24th of August when inter-county footballer Luke Loughlin will be in town to share his story on Addiction & Substance abuse.
The Westmeath footballer will explain and talk about how, after 10 years, he managed to beat his addiction.
All are welcome to the event including players as well as parents and Thurles Sarsfields club members in what promises to be a very worthwhile evening surrounding a very topical issue in our society.
The event is set to get underway at 7.30pm and arrive early is the advice as a big turnout is expected.
