Killenaule Ladies Football club which was launched in 2022 has seen a huge uptake in playing numbers in its first year, with over 100 registered players so far. Their latest team to launch is the Under 14 group.
Club PRO and Coach Eddie O’Brien: ‘We have been delighted with the interest shown since the club launched last year, with new players coming on board all the time and now our latest team starting at U14 level. Fortunately we have fantastic playing facilities in Killenaule thanks to a lot of hard work by the club and community down the years, and this we hope means we are able to provide a good sport and social outlet to the girls every week. We are very excited about the years ahead for the ladies club in Killenaule’
For any player from Killenaule or surrounding areas looking to join, get in touch with Eddie on 0876959023.
