A Benemerenti Medal will be presented to former Sacristan, Pat McGrath. at the Holycross Novena this morning.
Benemerenti Medal
We are happy to announce that on Saturday, September 9, a Benemerenti Medal will be presented to our former Sacristan, Pat McGrath. This medal is in recognition of Pat’s long, dedicated and devoted service to the Abbey and Parish.
The presentation will be made by Archbishop Kieran O’Reilly on behalf of Pope Francis at the 10.30am Novena session.
Refreshments will be served in Holycross Community Hall afterwards and we invite the community to be part of this celebration.
