Three games will now be played in Fethard on Saturday
Despite the inclement weather conditions a bumper weekend of football looks set to go ahead because of the availability of the All-Weather pitch at Fethard Town Park.
Many fields struggle to take the excess water that has fallen over the past few days but the state-of-the-art pitch in Fethard allows three big football games to be run off on the same day.
The following change of venues and time have been made by the county CCC regarding matches this weekend and Fethard now hosts three games on Saturday:
Tom Cusack Cup, county senior football final - Ardfinnan v Drom and Inch - Venue Fethard Town Park-Saturday the 21st @2pm
U19 B football final - Kilsheelan Kilcash v Knockavilla Kickhams - Venue Fethard Town Park-Saturday the 21st @4pm
County Intermediate Football Relegation Final - Golden Kilfeacle v Clonmel Og - Venue Fethard Town Park-Saturday the 21st @6pm
The county Intermediate football championship final between Grangemockler Ballyneale and Aherlow which was due to go ahead in FBD Semple Stadium on this Sunday the 22nd at 1.15pm has been changed.
The game will now go ahead in Ardfinnan, again on Sunday the 22nd at 1pm. There is no extra time. If it ends in a draw it will go to a replay.
