The driver of a car involved in a collision with a bus on the N76 near Kilsheelan village last Friday is in a “critical” condition in Cork University Hospital, according to gardaí

The seriously injured man was airlifted to hospital following the accident that occurred at Seskin, Kilsheelan around 4.30pm on October 20.

Three passengers of the bus suffered minor injuries in the collision and were taken by ambulance to Tipperary University Hospital.

Gardaí based at Clonmel Garda Station are investigating the accident.
