Two appear in court charged over burglary of retail premises in Tipperary's largest town

The two people charged in connection with the burglary appeared before a special sitting of Cashel District Court

A man and woman have been brought before a court charged in connection with burgling a retail premises in Clonmel last Saturday.

The man, aged in his 30s, and woman, aged in her 20s, appeared before a special sitting of Cashel District Court on Monday charged with burglary of the premises on O’Connell Street in the early hours of last Saturday, October 28.

A Clonmel Garda Station spokesperson said property stolen in the burglary has been recovered.
