Tipperary council plans to temporarily close road in Carrick-on-Suir for a month

Tipperary County Council has given notice of its intention to temporarily close the L67045 at Connolly Park, Carrick-on-Suir for a month early next year to facilitate the laying of new services for ESB.

The council has issued the notice under the Temporary Closing of Roads Act 1993 2015 and 1994 Road Regulations. 

It's proposing to close the road between 8am on Tuesday, January 2 and 8pm on Friday, February 2, 2024.  

Alternative routes will be via Waterford road L6718 and St Mollerans L6719 from either direction

Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to Road Closures, Roads & Transportation, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh not later than 12 noon on Thursday, November 30 or by e-mail to roadclosures@tipperarycoco.ie
