The Paddy Power World Darts Championship is on the horizon and rising Tipperary darts player Dylan Slevin will be involved this year when he makes his debut at Alexandra Palace in London.
The event will take place on December 15th where the Borrisokane native will take on world number 59, Florian Hempel who hails from Germany.
The 21-year-old Irishman knows if he wins that bout he will meet Dimitri Van den Bergh, who is ranked inside the top 20, in the second round.
Michael Smith will kick off the defence of his title against Kevin Doets or else Stowe Buntz in round two of the competition. The draw in full was made earlier this evening.
Peter Wright will take on either Jim Williams or Norman Madhoo while the ever popular Michael van Gerwen is up against Keane Barry or Reynaldo Rivera in round 2.
