Tipperary racecourse will benefit from Horse Racing Ireland's new payment system

The service focuses on providing racecourse customers with the latest and most innovative payment technology solutions

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) has partnered with eCOMM Merchant Solutions as payment provider to its four racecourses at Fairyhouse, Leopardstown, Navan and Tipperary.

Each of the racecourses will benefit from eCOMM Merchant Solutions' award-winning service that focuses on providing customers with the latest and most innovative payment technology solutions.

With offices in Navan, county Meath and London, this FinTech company is a pioneer in the use of a comprehensive suite of in-house services, being a payment gateway, acquirer and processor all in one.

This has multiple benefits for customers in terms of speed of processing, operational efficiencies and cost savings.

The Navan Racing Festival and Fairyhouse Winter Festival were the first feature race meetings that rolled out this new system that will also be in place for the upcoming Leopardstown Christmas Racing Festival from December 26 to 29, where over 60,000 racegoers are expected over the festival season.
