Carrick-on-Suir's Brewery Lane to celebrate Scotland's great poet Robbie Burns

Brewery Lane Theatre will host a celebration of the poetry and life of Scotland’s great poet Robbie Burns this Thursday night.

The evening of poetry, music and song, organised by Carrick musician and singer Kevin Power, takes place at 8pm on January 25, which was the 18th century poet’s birthday.

The event begins at 8pm and will feature traditional Scottish refreshments.

Walter Dunphy will be Master of Ceremonies at the event.
