Tipperary pilgrims will travel on annual diocesan pilgrimages to Lourdes

The five-night pilgrimages will be led by the Bishop of Killaloe, Most Reverend Fintan Monahan

The Diocese of Killaloe, which includes a large portion of Tipperary, has officially announced its annual pilgrimages to Lourdes, taking place from June 21-26, with a second departure from September 30-October 5.

These five-night pilgrimages will be led by the Bishop of Killaloe, Most Reverend Fintan Monahan.

A detailed programme of activities at the Sanctuary has been prepared by the Joe Walsh Tours team in Lourdes in conjunction with the Diocese. These include visits to the places associated with Saint Bernadette and a guided walking tour of the Grotto Domain visiting the Grotto, the Baths, the Basilicas and the Stations of the Cross.

Pilgrims will also have the opportunity to take part in the Blessing of the Sick, the Blessed Sacrament and the Torchlight Processions.
