Addiction and Me: A talk not to be missed in Tipperary

Addiction and me is the story of my battle through addiction and the struggles throughout.

Explaining the effects addiction has on a person the tough reality of the public’s view of addiction.

The hate and shame that addicts go through on a daily basis.

The way it affects your mindset, your mental health and wellbeing.

It can be a very lonely and excluding world, where you often feeling alone and vulnerable.

How I went from being a kid in foster care to a adult who battled demons and addiction.

It is most certainly a talk that you will not want to miss.

Throughout the talk, you will hear from myself (Dylan Cleary), Coolmines Treatment Centre and Aiseiri Treatment Centre, who will explain how a treatment centre operates on a daily basis and the difference between when someone in addiction first goes in two the day they leave a reformed person.

Anna Liffey will also be there explaining how they help their local community and the people battling addiction and the services they provide.

Tickets are €20 each.

It is a talk you do not want to miss.
