Power tools and motorbike stolen in two burglaries in Tipperary Town

Gardaí are investigating the theft of power tools and a motorbike from two homes in Tipperary Town on the same night. 

An estimated €200 worth of power tools were stolen from a shed at a house in the James Connolly Park area between 11pm on Friday, February 9 and 10am on Saturday, February 10. 

A Suzuki motorbike was stolen from a shed at a house in the Pearse Park area of the town between 10pm on February 9 and 10am the following morning. The motorbike was subsequently recovered at a sports grounds in Tipperary Town. 

Gardaí have appealed to anyone who saw suspicious activity in these two residential areas on the night of February 9/10 to contact Tipperary Garda Station at (062) 80670.
