IWG add a brand new state-of-the-art flexible workspace in Tipperary

IWG has been operating in Ireland under the Regus and SPACES brand for more than 23 years with centres now located in Tipperary, Dublin, Cork, and Limerick.

IWG, the world’s largest provider of hybrid working solutions with brands including SpacesRegus, and HQ is opening four state-of-the-art flexible workspace in Blanchardstown, Blackrock, Clonmel and Limerick as the demand for hybrid working rapidly accelerates in Ireland. The addition of IWG’s latest offices in Limerick, Tipperary and Dublin come on the heels of the business posting record quarterly revenue and achieving rapid network growth, adding over 850 new locations over the course of 2023.

The new business centres across Ireland are part of a drive by IWG to meet the sharply rising demand for top class flexible working space. By bringing additional high-quality office space to Clonmel, Blanchardstown, Limerick, and South Dublin, IWG is enabling local people to experience living in a ’15-minute’ city, allowing workers to work close to their homes without commuting far from where they live.

The new Regus centres in Clonmel and Blackrock, County Dublin and HQ locations in Limerick and Blanchardstown will offer numerous benefits locally stimulating economic growth, driving innovation, and fostering community prosperity in their localities.  These flexible workspaces attract businesses of various sizes, from startups to established enterprises, fostering a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem.

These businesses contribute to job creation, as companies utilise local talent and often hire from the surrounding community. Moreover, IWG offices stimulate economic activity by increasing foot traffic to nearby amenities such as restaurants, cafes, and retail stores bolstering the local hospitality and service sectors.
