Tipperary-owned horse wins the Stayers' Hurdle at Cheltenham

Jockey Jack Kennedy and trainer Gordon Elliot had their first winner at this year's Cheltenham Festival with Teahupoo in the Paddy Powers Stayers' Hurdle this afternoon.

The 5/4 favourite races in the colours of Robcour, which is owned by Clonmel businessman Brian Acheson.

It was Robcour's second win at the festival, after Slade Steel won the Supreme Novices' Hurdle on Tuesday.

Flooring Porter was second at 9/1 and Home By The Lee was third at 16/1.
