Una Healy is one of the new Judges for The Westmeath Bachelor Competition

Entertainer, singer and former The Saturdays star Una Healy is one of two new judges who have been announced for The Westmeath Bachelor Competition.

The Tipperary woman will be joined by comedian, singer and social media personality Garron Noone and they will link up with returning judges Louis Walsh and Anne Doyle.

Una Healy says she is very excited to get her judging hat on for the night and put the hopeful bachelors through their paces with the rest of the panel.

"The Westmeath Bachelor Competition is going to be great fun," she says.

"I'm really looking forward to the evening. I can’t wait to team up with my fellow judges Louis, Anne and Garron, and I am sure sparks will fly"!

The competition takes place in Mullingar on Friday August 2 and applications are now open. It’s time for the men of Ireland to step into the spotlight and show the nation they have what it takes to be the face of Ireland’s modern man. Age is not a barrier once you are over 18.
