The 6th Class winners of the Panda Playground Design Competition
Panda Playground Design Competition
The young students of Ballymacarbry National School and Scoil Mhuire of Newcastle have been busy recently designing potential ideas for our new community Panda Playground.
Students in both schools put a monumental effort into this task and the end product was an array of designs which were full of imagination and clever engineering.
Winners were announced in each class and our difficult task is now to blend their visionary ideas into a final design for Panda Playground. We have now finalised our chosen playground provider and have submitted the ideas from our competition winners for integration into our final design.
The results of this and the final playground design will be made public in the very near future.
The photos off ALL the winners will appear in next week's edition of The Nationalist.
