Christy Coughlan and friends collecting the keys to his new car!
A huge crowd turned out in Kennedys of Templederry where the popular Christy Coughlan collected the keys to a brand new Renault Clio motor after his numbers were first out of the draw last month!
There was song and storytelling as well as much fun at the draw last night which took place in a packed public house.
A night of celebration wrapped up the current run of draws before the summer break and the drive for the new draw which begins in the coming months. In this final draw the top prize stayed in the north of the county with Kiladangan duo John Fitzpatrick and Deborah Ryan winning a new Yaris or the equivalent cash value.
Jimmy O'Sullivan of Fethard wins €5,000 second prize while the lotto jackpot this time around was worth €4,000 with Moycarkey Borris member Joe Cuillagh claiming the prize.
€2,000 went to Brendan Franklin of Moyle Rovers while many others won other amounts. The full list of winners is listed below.
