A county Tipperary motorway junction is closed this week due to road works

The M8 motorway

A junction of the M8 motorway in county Tipperary is closed from today, (Monday, May 27) to Friday, May 31 to facilitate road works. 

The M8 Junction 5 at Two-Mile-Borris is closed daily on May 27, 28, 29, 30 and 31 from 8am to 6pm and re-opened for the nights

Diversions are in place along the following routes: 

Junction 5: M8 mainline traffic Southbound diverted to Junction 6 and traffic joining the M8 Northbound diverted through Two-Mile-Borris onto the R639, then to Junction 4.
